Excellent front desk, hygienist & dental customer service.
The office is always running on time and everyone is friendly and pleasant. Dr. Anderson is good at taking time to explain answers to our questions and does not ever rush us just to get to her next patient. To be on time but not rush through appointments is a rare balance in most medical offices!
I used to attend another dental office in Baltimore. After 2 visits with long waits and questionable practices and care of the dentists (I used to work at a dental office and noticed inconsistencies), I knew I had to find another practice quickly. Dr. Andersen and her staff are the best! Cleanings are quick, painless and thorough. Even fillings don't take long and are relatively painless!

I am so happy I found this place. I moved to the city about a year ago and saw this dentist was conveniently located in Fells Point. I have had two 6-month check-ups with them so far and the dental assistants and Dr. Anderson do a great job at communicating with you about your health and any potential issues to be aware of. Very easy to talk to about any concerns or questions you may have.
They are very welcoming. They do a great job.
I appreciate Dr. Anderson and her staff. I've had good interactions with them and appreciate being able have visits at 6pm so that I don't have to miss work. Overall I am very satisfied.
