There are very few mental health professionals that will take the time to listen and care about patients. Dr Ahmed and his staff are exceptional. From the first visit I was made to feel welcomed and appreciated. Clean, friendly environment and visits are scheduled at patient’s convenient.
I went to FHR today for my intake. Unfortunately due to short staffing I wasn't able to get it done today. I was very sad because of my situation and Dani and Judy made me feel at ease by relentlessly doing what ever they could to provide an alternative and was successful by going above and beyond. They made me feel that just because you need help they won't treat you like anything else but special. Thank you both very much.
I love this place! Casey and Monica are wonderful, If you are looking for a place for recovery IOP I highly recommend here!
Have a huge problem getting medication refills, getting in contact with anyone, and being contacted in return after talking to and leaving messages. Not a one time issue, it's been a reoccurring one over several years.
