Bought a Fellow Opus grinder. It died after a couple of months of regular use. 2-3 grinds a day. Fellow has no live agents or customer service phone number. Its been several days an no one has responded back to my warranty claim. This is very frustrating and not what I would expect from the brand. RMA #6OMJUVKQ
This store is full of overly designed gizmos that are status symbols to the tech bros who destroyed Venice. Nothing in here is an essential. It’s all marketing schemes and matte black surfaces that show dirty fingerprints.
My husband and I stopped into Fellow to look around while on vacation. Yudi was so helpful and kind. She went into detail explaining the brand and different products. After talking with her we felt it was time to take our coffee making to the next level! Since we are flying home we had to order our Aiden and grinder online but we are so excited to try them. They also offer options to purchase and try various types of coffee which will be fun!
Love everything Fellow makes. Just picked myself up a new scale!
