The customer service here is truly exceptional! Yesterday, the person who helped me showed me the espresso machine, and I decided to buy it after seeing it in person. When I mentioned a concern about another product I own, they replaced a part that completely transformed how I make my coffee in the morning. Highly accommodating team, I cannot recommend enough for home baristas just starting out. After a friend recommended, I visited Fellow with the intent of learning why I had been struggling with off-brand espresso machines. Through an espresso class, Bobby and Kelly educated me on nuances in the process which I didn’t know and showed me how my technique was faulty. By the end of the class, they got me able to latte art!
