Went here with my friends. The woman at the counter was super nice and gave us coffee samples! She also walked us through the different co ferments they were selling. Thanks for a great experience.
The customer service here is truly exceptional! Yesterday, the person who helped me showed me the espresso machine, and I decided to buy it after seeing it in person. When I mentioned a concern about another product I own, they replaced a part that completely transformed how I make my coffee in the morning. Highly accommodating team, I cannot recommend enough for home baristas just starting out. After a friend recommended, I visited Fellow with the intent of learning why I had been struggling with off-brand espresso machines. Through an espresso class, Bobby and Kelly educated me on nuances in the process which I didn’t know and showed me how my technique was faulty. By the end of the class, they got me able to latte art! I had such a great experience with customer service that I felt I needed to leave a review. I own a Fellow teapot and unfortunately the lid broke. Trying to get help through the website was frustrating, it was difficult to find a phone number, and after calling the San Francisco store multiple times, no one ever answered.
