We stopped in for coffee and spent $7 on a brownie that we were so excited to take away and enjoy for dessert later and unfortunately it was completely inedible. The team was nice and my espresso was good but our dessert was such a disappointment. Even a bad chocolate brownie is still mostly good, but selling an old stale one isn't ok 🥲
The customer service was horrible. They had no attention to the customer when ordering. The coffee was okay. Then at the end, they did not give a warning that they were closing soon and at closing time they just turned the lights off. A friend was in the restroom and we waited in the dark for her. Not a good experience overall.
