Fellers is terrible, you never know when you’ll get your material. If they get material to you it’s wrong half the time. I paid for 100’ of perf and received a 25’ roll. I switched to Glantz months ago. Way better pricing and receive material next day
Feller's used to be a great company to do business with. Since the acquisition, this company was been a complete disaster. Double billing orders (called 5 times for refund, still waiting), sending out wrong quantities on other orders, promising rebates with no eta, not sending swatches when promised, reps never call you back.
