Customer service is horrible! Placed an order online for will call as the website says is in stock and I needed on the fly! When I shied up to pick up the order, they tell me is out of stock… Few minutes later, a person from the office called me to ask if instead of my refund I would like to keep the order.. I told him my frustration and disappointment, specially because it says on line that is in stock… the guy started arguing with me as I’m telling him they have misleading information as is not in stock when online it says... read more

Fellers is terrible, you never know when you’ll get your material. If they get material to you it’s wrong half the time. I paid for 100’ of perf and received a 25’ roll. I switched to Glantz months ago. Way better pricing and receive material next day

Feller's used to be a great company to do business with. Since the acquisition, this company was been a complete disaster. Double billing orders (called 5 times for refund, still waiting), sending out wrong quantities on other orders, promising rebates with no eta, not sending swatches when promised, reps never call you back.
