Felix presents himself well, but that's where it ends. After signing up with Felix, we never saw him again unless he wanted our money. Felix' staff do the bare minimum. When we made requests in Spanish (no english speakers), they pretended not to understand and refused to do what we asked. When they did admit to understanding my Spanish, they always repeated "next time, next time." Under Felix' lack of care, our yard started falling apart.
