I was seen by Gayle and she went over and beyond to help me, she even made me a temporary brace for my finger. She made it so it fit my hand/ finger perfectly! I don't know what I would've done without her! All of the employees were extremely nice and friendly! Thank you again, Gayle!❤
I would like to meet the owner if he is so nice. The woman that fit my boot on me didn’t even stay in the room with me to see if it fit. After wearing it for 20 minutes I was in such pain from pressure onto my soft tissue that I broke out into a sweat and got nauseated. I didn’t know that I could have it readjusted. So I didn’t wear it. My foot is not healed and still hurts. Also, I’m 5’1”. The boot I got is so tall on my leg I could barely bend my leg when I wore it and the other times I have tried to. I think Felix Limb and Brace changed my life , my quality of life is much better , they are caring people , willing to go that extra mile to make sure you are satisfied, I will never use anyone else THEY - ARE THE BEST!
