Don’t go! I’m honestly surprised by my experience with this property. It seems like the staff have a lot of rules and restrictions even before they can accommodate prospective residents, but these policies are not clearly communicated upfront. Instead, my tour kept getting rescheduled. Parking is also extremely limited, and it was difficult to even find a designated spot for prospective residents when coming in for a tour. While going through the process of applying as well as moving in daniely has been nothing but the best truly! We had so many questions along the way and she was there to answer them all. I am so happy we got this opportunity and if you are looking at living at the society I would 100% recommend!
If I could give 0 stars, I would. The way leasing managers handles things is ridiculous don’t recommend.
I moved into The Society Felix sight unseen and relied heavily on online reviews and the property's marketing. After living here for over a year and a half, I'd give it 5 stars overall. The location is excellent. You're right next to Fashion Valley Mall, close to the trolley, and have easy access to the 163 and I-8. The apartments offer great value for the area. DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Leasing is extremely LAZY and rude, it is a hassle to get them to do anything, and when they do have to handle an issue it’s done with so much attitude. They built the walls so paper thin we were constantly having issues with having to file noise complaints. We would send multiple to leasing and all they do is email the unit #, nothing else is done. Neighbors constantly throwing parties, even weekdays especially on the 3rd floor, they have several security guards but yet, they don’t stop it.... read more
