Both my teenage children completed braces through Dr Gens office. We had nothing short of an outstanding experience. Dr Gen is passionate about his practice. He and his staff pay great attention to detail. The office is very clean and organized. I highly recommend!
Perfect
At my visit today, Dr. Gen only came in over an hour after the scheduled start time. He did not seem to care about my well being- I was getting my braces taken off, and he scratched my lip and managed to leave a part of the braces loose in my mouth for most of the process.
Dr Gen is a perfectionist! My son and I both saw Dr Gen and our teeth look beautiful. He takes his time to be sure your teeth will look perfect. His staff is so friendly and the office is very clean.
Best experience again, will bring the rest of the kids when it's time, amazing staff, latest technology, amazing digital communication all around a wonderful experience

Dr. Gen Orthodontics is the best! We have had 2 children as patients and their office has that rare ability to mix professionalism with the warm atmosphere of visiting friends. They are simply wonderful and a very special orthodontics office. They spend extra time and care to make sure the patients are comfortable and happy. They provide you with games, competitions, rewards, and more. Who knew braces could be fun? The staff is always happy, friendly and easy to work with a kids busy schedule.
Dr. Gen is a fantastic orthodontic and his staff are extremely helpful. Both locations are very nice, clean, and welcoming. I really felt cared for seeing Dr. Gen and would strongly recommend him to anyone looking for orthodontic treatment.
Dr. Gen is a very competent orthodontist. However, scheduling appointments is very difficult. There are no evening hours at all, and the staff is working between two offices, so available slots in the time frame you are looking for and at the office you want are limited. If you are a working parent, you will have to take time off from work, and take your child out of school. Getting an urgent appointment is even harder.
