Felipe helped us get a great house in the most competitive market buyers have ever seen. He helped us get our offer noticed and helped us make some crucial decisions leading to a close. I doubt another realtor could have done as well. He also showed us many houses that were close but not quite before the one which was perfect. I recommend his services completely.
Felipe was really genuine and attentive person. He would always answer any question we had and shared as much info that he knew that would help us in our home buying experience. We were first time home buyers and he made this process as easy as it could get. Even with all the limited times and restrictions during the COVID era, he really listened and made our experience a good one. I would most definitely recommend Felipe for any home buying/selling in the future.
