hands down GREAT SERVICE – It was my first time shopping for carpet and I received great costumer service from an enthusiastic salesperson named Andre. He was very friendly and helpful and I found the perfect carpet for my home. I am very pleased with the results, and from beginning to end the whole process was amazing and affordable.
Cons outweigh pros – On the plus side-salespersons know their stuff and there is a large selection. On the other side though and I suspect this is true of all these carpet places,they will try to take advantage of you and play all the stupid games you expect at a car dealership. i.e I got a "final"price and told the salesperson I would talk to my contractor and call him back.
