I don’t usually post reviews because I am not much of a complainer but, I would hate for another mom to feel the way I felt. My daughter called in for an urgent appointment evening before because she fainted at work. Sweet lady was able to book her in next day @ 9:45 AM. She got to her appointment at 9:49 (inside the office) she got to the front desk to check in and they denied her be seen by Dr. Felicia Solís. I love her, she’s the best!
I have had FNP Solis-Cummings as my doctor since last year. I knew when I met her she was special and before the appointment was over I wanted her as my permanent doctor. I do not use the words “Amazing” and “God-Sent” at all to describe people but she and her staff truly deserve these titles added to their names. A few days ago I had the worst pain in my neck and back. I could barely move because of the pain. Meeting with Felicia was a great experience. She took time to listen and made on the spot referrals. Best of all, we laughed, we chatted and got to know each other. That was most unexpected and truly heartwarming. I know I'm in very qualified hands.
