My experience was over 10 years ago. Dr Rhaney was so engaging seeking to answer all my questions. She outlined every step of my procedure for me. I went into surgery fully educated on my surgery and after care. Great surgeon.
I had to move out of state and leave this wonderful Dr. I miss being under her care so much. I'll be back.
They allowed me to make an appointment online via ZocDoc, which is a terrible app, that wasn’t even an available time. I came from over an hour away just to be told she doesn’t see new patients in person nor does she see patients at 12:30. Why have the appointment up?! Why not call the patients who have appointments set up online before 30 minutes prior to their appointment. Wasted a day off work and my time coming down to office.
This Dr did my surgery in October of 2020 and this woman made me feel so good and calm I love this lady she took care of me and helped me and her office helpers are very friendly and understanding. Thanks again for the best support and Great customer service
