This review is regarding a 2020 visit. Dr. Hamilton was *extremely* condescending and dismissive of my concerns and the pain I had been experiencing. I had to advocate for myself and stand my ground because I suspected I had endometriosis, and I was eventually validated by the surgeon I was referred to who resolved my case (and he said I had a particularly severe case, which resulted in a longer surgery than he had anticipated). I was unable to get an appointment with my usual OB so I opted to see Dr. Hamilton, and I sorely regretted it. She was insensitive, condecending, and overall not very helpful. She seemed to have her mind made up regarding my appoinment before even speaking to me and during the appointment made it difficult for me to express myself and my symptoms. I get anxiety about going to the doctor. Dr Hamilton makes me feel so comfortable and seems like she genuinely cares about her patients. There is always great communication and kindness in each visit.
