I can’t describe how disappointed I am by Felicia. Problems started with her receptionist. Even after confirming my contact info, she sent forms to the wrong address. When I had to call the morning of the appointment to ask about forms, she recited an address that wasn’t even close to mine. There were glitches with the forms that prevented me from submitting for hours while the receptionist looked into it.
