I went there to get my hair done. She braided it waaaay too tight to the point i had red bumps on my scalp so i sent her a picture and asked for it to be redone. She told me to take the hair out but i cant get a refund.
I’ve been coming to Felicia for 4 years now. I enjoy the atmosphere and always love my hair styles!
Horrible experience. I showed them the picture of the style I wanted and the length. They told me the price. In the end.... the style is shorter. It looked like I got a bald spot on the top of my head and one side of my hair pattern was different from the other side, when both sides should have been the same. Now I am wearing a headband to cover the mistakes!! On top of that they charged me more than what the quoted me in the beginning. I will never go back. Beware!
I don’t think this place is necessarily bad when it comes to this well the services they provide are, but the most annoying thing about this place that is now stopping me from ever going back is the amount of times I have come to the place and finding out it is locked, despite searching up that it is open. What is the point of having a business open when you have the whole place locked and no workers are in the place. Might as well leaves it closed, instead of wasting people’s time.
