Wayyy too tight.. braided thought, dreams , and imaginations back several generations. Never had hair braided this tight, even after specific instructions were given on how not to.. kept making excuses as to why the hair needed to be tight. Had to remove the same night.. bumps, uncomfortable sleep and headaches were not worth it. Never again

I went there to get my hair done. She braided it waaaay too tight to the point i had red bumps on my scalp so i sent her a picture and asked for it to be redone. She told me to take the hair out but i cant get a refund.
I’ve been coming to Felicia for 4 years now. I enjoy the atmosphere and always love my hair styles!
Horrible experience. I showed them the picture of the style I wanted and the length. They told me the price. In the end.... the style is shorter. It looked like I got a bald spot on the top of my head and one side of my hair pattern was different from the other side, when both sides should have been the same. Now I am wearing a headband to cover the mistakes!! On top of that they charged me more than what the quoted me in the beginning. I will never go back. Beware!
