Dr. Lawrence Feldman has been my dentist since the 80’s. I have always had a good experience with him as well as his brother. There were even times when I had an outstanding amount due for years and he would always wait until my next visit (which were years apart) as opposed to sending demand letters or going through collections. The only reason I don’t still see him is because I live in another state. If I ever move back he will always be my dentist.
Went to this dentist for a root canal. It took 6 trips to finally get the crown and he overcharged me $877 versus my EOB. When I asked for my money back on 3 of those visits, he would not comply saying the insurance didn't cover his costs. My attorney sent 2 letters...no response. I contacted the insurance company with my proof...no response. Lisa Madigan's office contacted him and he promised to pay me back. He made the first of 2 payments. Now, nothing.
