I have tried getting in touch with the service department here for a week. I was told I would be getting a call back from someone named Dakota and never did. So I called back. I was transferred to him after calling back 8 hours later. I explained the issue with my car and they are related issues he said it would be a charge of 190 per issue to look at and there was no promise of it getting rolled into the cost of service. I scheduled an oil change for a Saturday morning. I edit the appointment to include to check my engine light. Instead of having the calendar block off weekends since they don't fix cars on weekends, they called to say they can't look at my engine light and now want to reschedule my oil change since they removed my original appointment.

This place is unreliable, unsafe, unfair, and their customer service is despicable. My wife has had nothing but issues since she has been coming to this location. Cancelled appointments, mid-information, and she even had a tire come off while driving because they didn’t put the lugs on tight enough. This is not acceptable in any way shape or form, and to make matters worse there is never any accountability, compromise, or help. They are only quick to tell you what they are not going to do. First time here, worked with Joshua on a 60k service, tire/brake replacement needed (6 years old, so maybe not totally unexpected), not certain if standard, but he waived some fees on the bill. Took time to explain and show the work completed.

No doubt they have bad reviews- it’s a shame they represent KIA . Went in to get a car went out furious from the behavior of the sales manager guy and how rude and underestimating his customer like I’m nothing.
