Customer service at Fieldman Hyundai is terrible. It was my first and last time coming here. I had oil change appointment and was asked to leave the building sitting by my self in empty waiting area because I have astma and can't wear their syntetic mask. To make story worst the service agent even didnt talk to me about my car after service was done. He forgot to print report, gave me report and said everything is ok. I don't trust my Hyundai to anyone but Lavon's crew at Feldman Hyundai of New Hudson. They're always so accommodating and helpful.
