I came to Feldman Ford in Detroit to have my vehicle diagnosed. I was aware of the wait time and even though it is ridiculous to have to leave my vehicle sitting for 5-7 business days (does not include weekends) I showed up to drop my vehicle off. I asked about a loaner vehicle and was told “the customers ruined that,” so there isn’t a loaner vehicle.
