Eric in service does a great job explaining a helping me with what service is needed for my Malibus. I feel comfortable and confident with him. My Dad was a mechanic. I just write my list. My last Malibu lasted 14 years and all maintenance at Feldman with most of it with Eric. Then I bought a new Malibu last year. I feel comfortable and confident since I just talk to them. It sure save me alot stress and time.
They were fast, professional, and courteous. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation. They noticed that one of my back up lights were out so they replaced it for me, which I really appreciated. My service attendant name is Eric.
Took vehicle in for oil change and tire rotation. Service failed to inform me that the tread on the front tires was worn beyond the recommended level. Replacement tires should have been suggested. Tread wear on the front greatly exceeded the wear on the back so I am not sure if they have ever rotated my tires in the past. Won’t ever return for service again
