If I could give negative stars I would. Feldman Chevy Novi does not honor service appointments. I was scheduled for a 12pm service appointment. I get to my scheduled appointment the clerk asked if I am dropping my car off. I say no and the clerk proceeds to say I can't look at it today. The clerk did not have an answer when I said why you didn't call me instead of wasting my time. I would not recommend this place to my worse enemy. If you value your time go somewhere else!
When I made my appointment to have the TPM (Tire Pressure Monitors) checked, I was told to plan on leaving my Equinox all day. It was a pleasant surprise when my Service Advisor said it should take an hour. It took about 1 hour .Great Service.
