I don’t typically leave negative reviews, but my experience with Feldman Chevrolet of Novi and the Feldman Automotive Group has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I received a personalized advertisement for a 2026 Chevrolet Tahoe LT 4x4 for a certain amount I won’t post here. I understand that amount didn’t include state taxes. Updated review from prior 1 star. The past couple service visits have been far better than the 4 hours of my prior review but still nowhere near acceptable. An hour and a half for a scheduled oil change doesn't do it for me especially when it needs to be scheduled days or weeks in advance. You get in and out faster with no appointment required at a drive through service and that's likely what I'm going to be doing going forward The sales team doesn't give them a bump either as my last interaction with them was the worst ive ... read more

What an amazing experience I had with Feldman of Novi. Coming from out-of-state I had no connections and did not know where to even begin with my car issues but from Omari in services and Viola in sales, the entire process was seamless. They really made what started as a nightmare into a storybook ending and I am so grateful. Thank you Feldman Chevy!
