Disclaimer: This was only 1 Service visit - and am a confirmed 'dealer sceptic' - but as I cannot think of anything that they could have done 'better' in this case it would seem petty to dock the rating. Circumstance: car was towed, through Kia road service, over weekend. By time I arrived Mon morn they had already looked at the car & had a tentative 'diagnosis.' To be sure, failure was 'Obvious' (leaking oil filter - fortunately caught when only 1 qt low!), but liked that they were proactive. They did an oil / filter change... read more
