I am editting this review because Mr. Feistritzer took the time to call and address each of my concerns. He said that they are going to make changes in their wording when scheduling an appointment. Technicians are to communicate better before performing unexpected operations. As much as I hate to find truth in the claim that our heating/cooling unit was installed incorrectly, it seems it was.
