I was always very pleased with Feist automotive as it was convenient since I was working at courage kenny at the time. I had bought brakes but unfortunately person who was going to put them in was unable to do it. So on 11/22/21 I brought into feist. I really wanted to love and trust this place. I was originally sent here through AAA due to a tire blow out. They did an inspection and recommended an oil change, so I did that. They said they would just do the front tires and hold off on the back. Had to go back shortly after for the back which wasn’t a huge deal. Get drivers that like their job! The driver I had complained more then any person I have ever seen in my life! He swore more then he spoke english. He said he was the supervisor. It took him an hour to get my truck on the dollys, then it flew off going down the road.
RecommendedI called AAA for a tow from my garage to the Chrysler dealership. The Feist Towing guy (technician?) who came to my house was pleasant, on-task, purposeful and knowledgeable. While he was preparing my minivan to load, I noticed my neighbor (single mom, new baby) was backing out of her car port nearby. She had a flat tire but didn't know it. The technician asked her to pull around next to his truck and he filled her tire for her while he was preparing my minivan! Talk about mu… See more

I had to get my car towed this morning and just wanted to mention that Brian was an excellent help this morning. Very positive, professional and quick on getting my car towed to Champlin. I would recommend your services to others. Starting off my work day with the alternator going out on me was not wonderful in 30 degree weather, but Brian's customer service was greatly appreciated.
