These lawyers lied about what they would do in my particular case. They switched lawyers on me days before the case started. The lawyer who took my case to court literally told me I shouldn't win. It was almost like he was trying to lose. After I won my case with the judge I was informed by registered mail 3 days after the judgement. The law group of Feintuc Porwich & Fei tuch have been serving the JC Educational conglomerate for years with integrity and fidelity. Awesome
Mr. Feintuch was not prepared at all for the case. In court, he was telling the judge information and the judge said: "that's not how it works in the state of new jersey." Mr. Feintuch was unaware of NJ regulations. I hired him because he sounded experienced but I wish I would have read previous reviews about him. He has disciplinary action by the state of New Jersey.
Philip was clueless in court. He told the judge, "I am puzzled right now, I don't know what to do." A landlord-tenant case that should have been an easy win for me was a loss because Philip Feintuch had no idea what he was doing.
Be careful about this firm. This is my second time, i am writing the review in two weeks. They delete the bad reviews, which is the reason, you don't see much reviews for this firm. Few weeks back, there were few other negative feed back of this firm - for land lord tenant cases, they all are deleted. I have hired this firm recently for my Land lord Tenant case and the Attorney assigned did a very bad job.
