When the dealership failed, Feinn Tire did not. Repeatedly getting low tire pressure indicated on my van. Had it into dealership several times but all they suggested was new tire. Mind you I was charged a ""service fee" of $100 each time. I finally decided to get new tires. Upon bring it in to Feinn Tire I explained the problem. Low and behold they showed me the rims had corroded therefore the seal was not holding the air in. They removed corrosion and replaced my tires. When I first started driving 40 years ago, my father, who never let anyone touch our vehicles other than himself had me go to Feinn Tire when I needed new tires for my Pinto. They've always been able to fix my car or recommend someone that could. I have never once felt that I was overcharged. One time they even reminded me I still had a warranty from them on my tire when I had an issue.
Originally went there for new tires a few years ago. Also had rear struts replaced. Price and service was excellent. Recently isited for a leak in the tire and asked them to check out a break issue. They were honest about a slight wear in the rotor but the pads were only 20 percent worn. Said I could wait if it didn't bother me too much and only charged me $18 to fix the nail in the tire. Now that's great customer service.

Blackwell Ford took my car for the day, quoted me $1355 (plus an additional $70 to get the quote) in underbody damage and new brakes. Fein Tire charged me $279 for front brakes only, saying nothing more was really necessary and they could do it right then. I appreciate their honesty and for not taking advantage of a female driver. They do my oil changes, too. It's worth the drive. Ask for Kenny.
