SO, AFTER YEARS OF NEGLECT, ILLEGAL BEHAVIOR, ABUSE, LACK OF HELPING OUR CONDO CORP MOVE FORWARD, LACK OF PROTECTING US FROM BEING VICTIMS OF FRAUD, NO MEETINGS, NO COMMUNICATION, AND NO UPDATES AS TO OUR FINANCIALS WE HAVE LEFT THESE LOSERS AND GOT ANOTHER PROPERTY MNGT COMPANY TO SERVE OUR NEEDS. NEVER MIND THE LIES THEY TELL ON AN ONGOING BASIS - THERE IS NOTHING GOOD I CAN SAY ABOUT THIS COMPANY. WHY NOT GIVE ZERO STARS ??
Absolutely the worst. We've been trying to contact them for months about issues and no one has responded. Truly a company that doesn't care about their clients. I would give a negative number of stars if that was an option.
***Update my review***February 6 2025 Feherty Management promptly reacted to my recent concern of the safety in Centro. Their reply letter is very helpful. Their assistance and suggestion are most satisfactory and constructive. My great appreciation. ********** Below review is for 2 years ago. My appreciation to Feherty Property Management Inc. for the efficient work last week to extinguish a big bee nest outside my patio. The pest control was carried out fast, thus I have no worries now about those bees flying around.
Lazy, inept who are quick to run for a signature on money they think they should get for a job badly done. Bunch of liars!!
