They have managed the condo that I own for over 5 years. The sub contractors for the lawns and snow removal were excellent. However Feherty has not been responsive to issues that have been raised. Our AGM could not proceed because owners had given cheques that were not cashed and so were in arrears. They will no longer be the managers very soon. I also pointed out repairs to the brickwork at ground level 3 years ago that has never been repaired. It started out good and slowly went downhill. I would not recommend them.
Horrible Management company Never answer texts. Care Nothing about tenants They Completely Ignore you it’s shameful Stay away from anything managed by this company
If your a contractor DO NOT do business with these guys!!! They will suck you in to work for their client, control all aspects of the work until it comes time for payment then they disappear . 29k over 800 days past due and they hung up the phone on me today. Shady at best - as an Irish man he should be ashamed
I have to give Feherty 5 stars! The customer service I received while attempting to have a large item removed from my condo has been nothing but exemplary! Shout out to Jennifer and Mike for all their assistance and guidance!
