Avoid at all costs. They do not take any complaints seriously. First snow fall (that was forecasted many days before) and now 3 days later with zero clean up, salting, etc. The tenants do more work for the grounds than this company. Edit: Attached a photo of the state of the condos this company manages. If you live at a condo with their management, expect to shovel your own snow, and pay them to do it at the same time! They have abandoned our condo duties and do not reply to residents anymore currently.
