I would have to say this is the nicest Dr I have ever visited. Professional AND sociable. I would recconend his service to everyone. I didn't wait very long & he fixed me up the same day. I am very very happy with the service he provided. The receptionist is super nice too. What a great experience.

I've been waiting months for orthotics and no one ever calls to let me know what's going on. I'm given one estimate after another, wait a week past the deadline, and call them to follow up bc I haven't heard from them. When I do, the receptionist is very rude and has the attitude of "don't call me, I'll call you". I'm at the point of asking for my medical records so I can go elsewhere for care.
I was trying to make an appointment and the lady who answered was very rude disrespectful and then hung up on me .... horrible customer service and I will be reporting everywhere!!!!! maybe this place should learn manners

He is a good doctor and his office and staff were great. I had concerns about the surgery/examination room. It looked like it had not been cleaned well and I kept noticing what I thought was poor sterile technique with his hands and instruments.
I can't think of anything I would have changed about the way the appointment went. This provider is a pleasure to work with! The time and money spent was so worth it. They really went above and beyond to make my teenage son feel special.. It seems to me that they really care about their clients. The staff was both informative and could sense our urgency and were willing to accommodate our needs. My son was scheduled almost immediately on 4-21-14.
