Wouldn’t recommend at all. Went through two different insoles and $600+ later my feet still hurt. It actually made it significantly worse. Their insoles changed my gate and created other new issues for me. I’ve had insoles from actual doctors that have worked much better. I tried this company out and regret it 100%. They offer no refunds at all and just want to throw more useless product at you.
Best experience of my life!! Couldn’t believe how instantly I was able to be more stable!! Definitely recommend anyone with balance issues or feet issues to go to Feet first!! They will do you right!!
I have delt with pain in my knees for years. I recently discovered that I have Bone spurs in my knees. I've had a pair of orthotics for a couple of weeks now, they've removed a lot of pressure from my knees, which has relieved a significant amount of pain. And, I roll my ankles less. Definitely a worthwhile investment.
My wife is a nurse practitioner. She prepared me to the foot doctor and he’s really good. I possibly be getting a shot in my lower back and I don’t think I needed it anymore. It’s good person. He’s really great. He explains everything.
