I had a terrible experience with them. They are only interested in taking your money and couldn't care less about actually resolving any issues. Their customer service is non-existent, and they don't follow your concerns. I’m extremely disappointed and will never use them again.
Dr. MADY IS THE,BEST. I HAD BUNIONS ON both feet inside and outside My PT said Dr mady s Patient s heal the fastest than any other Pts she worked . I have no scars visible . Kudos To All the staff and Jodi and Ellen.
Probably fine place to have your feet examined if you don't need to get an ultrasound, this is where this place failed me. Feet First somehow couldn't get the paperwork straight with Corewell Health hospital imaging, the provider they asked me to go to. I was bounced back and forth between Corewell and Feet First for around 10 days without getting an imaging appointment. No follow up either. In the end, they never helped me so I gave up.

This office the way it's run makes me scared to schedule a surgery here. I decided to cancel my surgery appointment after having so many issues with my initial visit in the office with getting X-rays of my foot. I had to ask for a led apron to be put on me she didn't even care or notice to put one on me to protect me from radiation and even today still trying for them to get my insurance information correct and my bill is just insane.
