I had the honor of helping a friend celebrate the life of her mother. I’m doing so, I was able to work with Patrick. He was extremely prompt on returning emails and responded to my requests at all hours of the day and night. When I got to the funeral home, I was greeted with a hug. I've worked with the Feericks on many funerals for friends and family. In one particularly tragic case, Bill counseled my family on our grief while helping us manage a complex funeral. Bill and Pat have always been responsive, fair, empathetic, and easy to work with during very difficult times. And they know when a laugh is appropriately needed as well. I will continue to use them and refer others to them who've lost loved ones.
