I would recommend Dr. Thomas Feeney. I have a good dr-patient relationship with Dr Feeney. However that being said, do not expect to see Dr Thomas Feeney at scheduled appt time. I always plan on being seen 30-45 after my appt time. Dr Feeney is always coming from seeing patients either in ER or in-patient care.
