Wrong parts over and over again! Terrible service and no follow through!
I will say George in parts is great to work with but everyone else in parts has treated me rude and done a very poor job getting correct parts etc. Something else to keep in mind for parts is how they handle a return. I got the wrong part with the right part number on it. They reordered and sold me the correct one but when I went to exchange it they said I have to wait to see what Takeuchi will refund them to see what amount they will cut a check for.
