We did business with Feely's for years and they weren't too bad, but something seriously changed during/after 2014. As of spring, 2015 things absolutely became the worst possible experience; we made probably 2 attempts to reach them last year answered the phone, one time somebody actually answered the phone, (though the guy had no clue about how to address an issue that occurred when the pool was opened) and nobody called back after numerous attempts during the season so eventually we fixed it ourselves. Not a retail pool supply store.
I've been a customer of theirs for five years. Like any small business they have to work that much harder to complete with bulk suppliers. I've always found them to be honest, and fair and they never try to sell you "up". They respect your money and your time and try very hard to give great service.
