Wish I had been told that there isn't a parking lot and that I should get there 10-15 min early so by the time I found a parking space and walked to facility it was 5 min before my appt time. After filling out a paper and getting into a room and undressed, my massage didn't start until 10 min later so my 30 minute massage only lasted for 20 min. No one mentioned any of this to me when I made the appointment and no one told me my massage would be shortened so I left disappointed
