I’ve been taking both of my boys to Tori for years now (6+). Tori is an amazing human, amazing barber, she’s straight up with people, and makes everyone feel seen and known. She treats my boys like her own, and also helps them make their own decisions on their haircuts for the appt. Tori & Benji have both treated us so well, and it shows in us coming back for years. My brother was 13 minutes late for an 8am line-up appointment and was turned away. No one else in the barber shop. I wish the customer service was more accommodating. This was just a little disappointing from the great call I had booking the appointment the evening before... Lesson Learned, don't be late or book an appointment first thing in the morning... There are a few Barbers in the area we get a chance to check out anyway....
This place is very nice and the best customer service I’ve seen at a barber shop And I got the best haircut here because they put a lot of time and effort to make sure it’s what wanted MARLIE one of the lady’s that helped me and she did an excellent job
