I accidentally booked a service and paid a non-refundable deposit, which was clearly stated in their policy. Even though they had every right to keep it, they were understanding and worked with me to issue a refund. It really shows the integrity and customer care this business has. I truly appreciate how professional and considerate they were throughout the process. That kind of honesty goes a long way!
I have been going to Jael for 9 or 10 years now. When I say she has cared for me and my daughter's hair! She very professional I trust her with my hair and my daughters. Jael keeps us on regular trim appointments and always knows by the touch of our hair on what is needed for that visit. I have had to make last minute appointments and she is always able to get me in. Jael has been taking care of my hair for years and has grown it so much!! From a regular blow dry/ trim to silk presses, mini twists, and intricate braids, she executes flawlessly every time just like the name of the business! Highly recommend for natural hair care in pittsburgh.
