**Addition** After reviewing my concerns, the GM of this feeder supply location decided not to coach the groomer, but to ban me and my dogs from getting groomed at this location ever again. I am baffled. I spend hundreds of dollars a month at this location, not just for grooming services. We had are Yorkie and Maltese groomed here in November and she did a good job but she changed extra for madding, which I couldn't see and our old grommer(retired) never mentioned, charge $100 each. Since the groomer did a good job, we scheduled to have them groomed again. My wife is on dialysis and the day before the a]appointment she was in the ER and was admitted to the hospital that night.
