Great food always fresh! I went there all the time when I worked in Springfield. I wold walk downtown at lunch time.
I learned about this place when I moved here over 30 years ago..hours daily are limited..but worth the effort to come during those times..soups are freshly made daily, not like Panera or other chains..sandwiches are as well...desserts are delicious..all made fresh..try their carrot cake or black and white cake..you will not be disappointed When President Obama was a senator, I believe he loved this place..he stopped here a few years back on one of his visits..
