The employees are nice and professional, but there is a lack of urgency to secure your packages. When I would drop off a package, the employees would simply tell me to leave it on the counter. If I am sending anything of value, it makes me hesitant to leave the store until the package is secured by the employeees. Anyone coming into the store could simply take the package I had dropped off. They have recently added a locked drop-box, which helps to resolve this issue. However, a large package will not fit in it.
I was told by an automated recording that FedEx 4000 McCain blvd.suiteG was open till 9 p.m. Having said that I work late and getting off work and home by 7:30 p.m. I had enough time to pick up my package. I live in Maumelle so it takes 20 dollars in gas to get there and back in my truck so I get to my destination suite G which is in Home Depot and they are closed Home Depot advertising closed at 8 p.m..Im very disappointed in the advertising two businesses in the same building with two different closing times.
Pulled up to send off a package and they are closed at 7:50 and the website say9
