I would give negative stars if I could. My packages are constantly being held in Morgantown because no one finds it worth it to deliver to my address. This is what happens when you get paid per package. I am livid.

Incompetent,theft, rude,lies. Was sitting on porch fedex van pulled in drive searched his van said sorry can't find your package.. looked on app.. it said delivered..was on my porch... told driver.. he said sorry not here and left.. called them .got recording for tracking number which said it was delivered.. days of this called different number got a guy on phone from INDIA 🇮🇳. Multiple occasions they will "deliver" our packages but they don't. The picture they take as proof of delivery is NOT of the package on the porch but a close up of the box on the truck stairs then they leave and mark it as delivered. I have ordered cat food and thanks to fedex it was never delivered and I almost ran out of cat food.
