Customer service was fine but they can't scan a Fedex QR code to ship something so I was really confused. The FedEx logo was everywhere so I don't think I went to the wrong location.
If I buy something, they hand me a receipt, but if I ship something thats worth 250 bucks if they lose it, I dont get a receipt. Nice
You don't get a receipt for a prepaid label. It is only a drop site.
They told me they could not ship with a QR code. I asked for email to print the labels there onsite so I could provide a label (and purchase additional services). Once she saw the QR excuse wasn’t gonna work, she made up another excuse about not being able to help.. just lazy service.
