They were a little slow about helping me but the associate stayed after closing to make sure my package went out for delivery Job well done I will definitely use them again
Shipped a extremely expensive package to the wrong house. Waaay off point. It was such an obvious place because it is 40 acres how the heck do you miss the mark and deliver to the wrong place on top of that you can no longer talk to a live agent the day of a mis delivery it is now delayed 1-2 business days, which is going to lead to permanent stolen goods that are irreplaceable. Let them go out of business already. UPS, USPS & DHL are by far superior.
