Very disappointing experience at this FedEx ShipSite location. There are no clear instructions posted regarding weight limits or shipping requirements, which caused unnecessary confusion and delays. Customers are expected to just “know” the rules, yet nothing is clearly explained on-site. Staff offered little guidance and there was no signage to help prevent the issue in the first place. Very bad FedEx location don't even have a scanner for dropped off packages they have no envelope and no pouches for labels
