I was told this was a "full service" location. The signage would certainly make one believe it. However, when I ask them to reprint my label, they did, but then charge me $2.52 for it without letting me know in advance. They also would not accept my package for shipment due to it being a Jackery chargable battery for return. I had to place it in the box out front of the store.
