Worst service I’m very surprised is only this store Jose the manager was no help taking my 18 office purchases to office max after over 10 years in same location
Delivery guy said package was on hold could not leave it, took it away now appears as delivered
Terrible service and are they are very racist
Be prepared to wait! 45 mins to send a package. Asked me 3 times what was in the package (just kids toys). Severely understaffed. They have the same nice person making printouts as they do running the FedEx counter and people kept wanting changes to their graphics. I cannot waste time like this. Will not return. This is managements’s fault, not the fault of the individual staffed at then counter.
