Today I took two prelabeled packages in to have them picked up by FedEx. The person at the counter told me they couldn't take them because "they were full". He told me to take them to a FedEx shop. After looking at other reviews for this Office Depot, this seems to be standard practice for them. Perhaps they should advertise as a Sometimes FedEx Drop-off Location, Serving You When We Feel Like It. Very bad communication
Couldn’t find the location until reading previous reviews, it’s located inside Office Depot. Brought my package pre-labeled and they said their bin was full and couldn’t take it. Waste of time going to this location.
