Very bad communication
Couldn’t find the location until reading previous reviews, it’s located inside Office Depot. Brought my package pre-labeled and they said their bin was full and couldn’t take it. Waste of time going to this location.
On March 30th 2026, I came in to drop off a package that was already prepaid, and had the shipping label already on it ready to go. The young kid working turned around and looked at the little package cart he had, and proceeded to tell me they had too many packages already and he wasn't able to take mine. At first I thought he was joking. But no he was super serious. He claimed there was no more room. the lady behind me looked quite baffled herself.
