Completely unhelpful and single rate shipping unavailable
I had to ship some very sentimental items yesterday so I found the closest fed ex to where I was and it happens to be at the office max on MLK in Portland. There was 1 customer at counter, 1 in line and then me. After about 5 minutes I noticed the driver for Fed ex come in and start to grab the packages that were already ready to go. Laci asked Craig to help me so she could finish with an already being helped customer.
