Disorganized. Had to go half way across the store for boxes and tape. Service not helpful
I will never trust this location again. "Will be delivered by Tuesday". It's now Friday. Still no shipment. The package wasn't even going that far, it could have been driven in half the amount of time. I'll trust USPS over these fools. Don't go here, especially if you have time sensitive packages. They will disappoint and piss you off.
Came into the FedEx inside Office Depot around 12:20 p.m. to drop off a prepaid package — truly a two-second task. One employee was at the counter, on the phone, laughing and chatting away. No eye contact, no “I’ll be with you in a moment,” not even a head nod. Just silence. After standing there awkwardly, I asked another employee if anyone else might be available to help, since the only person present seemed… otherwise engaged.
