Office Max advertises Fed Ex shipping services however when I went there to ship a mirror and a rug back to Wayfair w/a pre paid Fed Ex label I was told I could not ship from that location. My items were too big and too long? They told me I had to go to the Fed Ex down the street. What a waste of time. No where on the website does it explain they only ship certain size items or offer mailing services only. It states Fed Ex shipping, ground and international.
